Overview
All products sold by Terrion Print Studio are custom printed and made to order. Please read this policy carefully as delivery timeframes for custom orders differ from standard retail purchases.
This policy covers consumer orders placed through our website. Trade partners should refer to the shipping information on our Print Partner Information page for details specific to trade orders.
Order Processing
As all items are made to order, your order goes through the following steps before dispatch:
- Mockup preparation: Once your order and artwork are received, we will prepare a digital mockup of your case and send it to you for approval. We aim to send your mockup within 1-2 business days of receiving your artwork.
- Your approval: Production cannot begin until you have approved your mockup. Please respond promptly to avoid delays to your order.
- Production: Once approved, your case will be printed and assembled. Production typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Dispatch: You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Total estimated time from order placement to dispatch is typically 5-8 business days, though this depends on how quickly artwork is received and approved.
Delivery
United Kingdom
UK orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service, typically aiming for delivery within 2 working days of dispatch. Please note this is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed by the carrier.
Estimated delivery from order: 7-10 business days, subject to mockup approval time.
United States
US orders are dispatched via an international tracked service. Import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost, there are no additional charges to pay on delivery.
Estimated delivery from dispatch: 7-14 business days. Please allow additional time during peak periods or for customs processing.
Canada
Canadian orders are dispatched via an international tracked service. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and will be charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Terrion Print Studio is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order.

Express and Priority Shipping
We do not offer express or priority shipping as standard. If you require faster delivery, please contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com before placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email at the point of dispatch. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Delays
We aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, but delays can occasionally occur due to causes outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or exceptional demand. We will always communicate with you if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details on how to raise a lost parcel claim.
