All Terrion cases and covers are custom printed to order. Once you've placed your order and submitted your artwork, we'll create a digital mockup of your design on your case or cover and send it to you for approval. Once you've confirmed you're happy, we go to print.

If we do not receive your artwork or approval within 7 days, we may need to cancel the order.

You submit your image on the product page before you checkout. We accept PNG's and JPG's. We'll let you know if there are any issues with your file before printing.

Yes. We create a digital mockup of your design and send it to you before production begins. Nothing goes to print until you've approved it.

We aim to have your mockup ready within 1-2 business days of receiving your artwork. Once you've approved it, production takes a further 1-2 business days. After that, delivery varies on your location, but is displayed at checkout.

Because production can begin as soon as you approve your mockup, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to amend something, contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help before production starts.

A case includes both a printed front cover panel and a clear TPU back shell, which holds your Kindle securely. A cover is the printed front panel only. Both are available as standalone products, and you can add a TPU shell to a cover as an add-on if you decide you want one later.

Screens display colours differently to printed material, so a small amount of colour variation between your digital file and the finished print is normal and is not considered a defect. We're happy to advise if you have questions before ordering.

We currently ship to the UK, USA, and Canada. We are looking at adding more countries.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com with your order number and tracking details. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where a loss is confirmed, offer a reprint or full refund.

As all products are personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
