Partner Terms

By joining as a print partner you agree to:

  • Keep our wholesale pricing confidential. Do not share it publicly or with non-members.

Print on Demand - How It Works

  1. You must be logged in to see wholesale prices and place your orders.
  2. Set up your own product listing using our current processing and turnaround times. Our aim is 2 to 4 business days from artwork approval to dispatch. If there is likely to be a gap between when you receive a customer order and when you place it with us, you may wish to extend your own processing times accordingly.
  3. When you receive a customer order, place the matching order here on the Terrion Print Studio store. Use your customer's address as the shipping address. Orders ship directly to them in unbranded packaging.
  4. Go to the Template Tool and use it to upload your artwork, scale and position it, and download your print file.
  5. Submit your print file and order details directly from the Template Tool.
  6. We will confirm receipt and let you know if anything needs adjusting before it goes to print.
  7. Once approved, your order is printed and dispatched directly to your customer.

We recommend placing a test order first so you can see how our printer renders your colours before selling to customers. If you use Shopify there is a way we can link our shops to enable direct orders, please email us to set this up.

Batch Orders

  1. You must be logged in to see wholesale prices and place orders.
  2. Submit your order and use the template tool for uploading your artwork.
  3. For orders over 24 items for UK, or more than 11 items for international, please email hello@terrionprintstudio.com for a quote before placing your order. We will confirm lead times and the best shipping option for the quantity.

Artwork Requirements

  • Format: PNG 
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at final print size
  • Colour: Our printer works great with RGB. There is no need to convert to CMYK.
  • Sizing: Use the Template Tool to scale and position your artwork correctly. 
    • Patterns(all over print): The minimum size we recommend is 2000px x 2000px.
    • Full front cover bleed(cover print only): Kindle/Clara: 1950px x 2175px (7:8 ratio), Libra 2000px x 2000px(1:1), Stand cases: 2976px x2136px (9.9:7.1 ratio)

Keep important design elements away from the trim edges and fold line. If you are designing a repeating pattern, use Tile Mode in the Template Tool before submitting. Screen colours will look different to printed colours, which is another reason we recommend a test order first.

Files that do not meet the requirements will be returned for revision. We will always contact you if there is an issue.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship from the UK. Shipping is charged separately at cost. Shipping is subject to change due to carriers, please check the website for the most up to date rates. We will notify you by email when we have to make any changes.

For US orders: orders are sent PDDP so all duties and tariffs are prepaid. These are calcuated into the shipping costs and no further fees will need to be collected by the receipient upon delivery. 

For all other countries: Receivers are responsible for any duties and tariffs.

Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST and import duties payable on delivery.

Returns, Defects and Shipping Issues

Trade orders are placed under a business-to-business agreement and are not subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The following terms apply to all orders placed through the Terrion Trade Partnership Programme.

All trade orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight colour variation between screen and printed result
  • Errors in artwork submitted by the customer, including incorrect sizing, resolution, or file format
  • Low-quality prints caused by a low-resolution or unsuitable design file
  • Damage caused after delivery

We will offer a replacement or refund where:

  • An order arrives with a confirmed manufacturing or printing defect
  • An order is lost or damaged in transit

Lost Parcels

For POD orders shipped to your customer: if tracking confirms an order has not been delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com with the order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and file any necessary claim on your behalf. Where a loss is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or refund.

For small batch orders shipped to your address: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and file any necessary claim. Where a loss is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or refund.

Failed Delivery

For small batch orders: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges will apply. As all items are custom printed, we are unable to offer refunds where a failed delivery is the result of an incorrect address.

For POD orders: if the parcel is returned to your address, you may reship it directly to your customer. If an urgent reprint is required before the return, please contact us. Where the failed delivery was due to a carrier error, we will reprint at no charge. Where the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address, a reprint will be offered at cost price.

Refused Delivery or Payment

Refusing delivery, failing to pay required local taxes, or providing incorrect shipping information may result in return or destruction of the parcel. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

Artwork Submission Deadline

Artwork must be submitted within 7 days of your order being placed. If artwork is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellations

Trade orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production may begin immediately upon artwork approval.

We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the submitted artwork contains content we are not able to print, including but not limited to racist, discriminatory, hateful, or offensive material, content infringing copyright or trademark, explicit adult content, or anything unlawful.

Large Orders

For orders over 24 units (UK) or 11 units (international), please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders that fall outside our standard production capacity without prior agreement.

To raise a claim, please contact us at hello@terrionprintstudio.com within 14 days of delivery confirmation with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered where a defect is confirmed from the evidence provided. We reserve the right to request additional evidence. Claims submitted without supporting photographs will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of your claim being confirmed. Please note that once processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the payment in your account.
